- Back and sides: Tasmanian 'fiddle-back' Blackwood
- Headstock Inlay: The Australian 'Laughing' Kookaburra and features a variety of materials. The body of the bird is German flamed Maple with the brown sections of the wings and head in East Indian rosewood. The Tail is represented with Snake-wood and German Maple. The beak is ebony and Tagua nut with the branch being New Guinea 'striped' Ebony

- Fret-board and Bridge: Dark olive green New Guinea Ebony, chosen to compliment the olive green hues found in Blackwood.
